Our preferred payment is ACH in the US or wire transfer for international customers. We also accept all major credit cards, charged in USD. There is a fee charged for credit card processing.

After you complete your on-boarding call, training, successfully get onto the platform, you may decide that LeadsTrackerCRM isn’t right for you. If you are still within your first 14 days, you can contact support for a full refund. The refund will be adjusted for any SMS / email service fees used during that time.

All updates to the CRM are included in your monthly or annual subscription. We update the platform frequently without any additional cost to you.

There will be features added to LeadsTrackerCRM. Some add-ons will be optional and will be charged to you if you choose to include them in your subscription. All add-ons that require a fee will approved by you prior to being activated.

After your initial 14-day on-boarding period, there is a 30-day notice required to cancel services and stop the automatic billing. There will be no prorated months after the first month. All billing occurs on a monthly basis.

Technical support is available 24/7 via email. We also provide an exstensive video library of support videos, helpful documents, and full explanations with each of our optional features.
